The food
Cooked over charcoal, the way it should be
Our charcoal chicken is slow-cooked over an open flame until the skin crisps and the smoke works its way in. Pick spicy or regular, add toum and Lebanese bread, and you have the dish people drive across the northern suburbs for.
Around it sits the rest of the kitchen: skewers off the grill, slow-cooked lamb mansaf, fresh falafel, hot and cold mezze, and pizza from the oven.
